What is Just Ask!?
Just Ask! is a series of online communcations and pop-up help desks to help answer the questions you have now that you've arrived in MTU.
Who runs Just Ask!?
The Good Start Ambassadors, who are trained to help you, run the Just Ask! campaign don't delay in asking any question you might have. There is no question too big or small for our team, and if we don't know the answer we will find out for you. Remember there is no need to be shy and there is no such thing as a silly question. All of the Good Start Ambassadors were First Years once too (!), so they know what its like adjusting to college life.
Frequently Asked Questions
The following are some of the most common questions we are asked. If your question isn't answered in this list call to a Just Ask! desk and chat to one of our Good Start Ambassadors.
Q: Where is my classroom?
Your classroom will begin with a letter followed by some numbers (ie. B228). The letter represents the block, the first digit tells you which floor it is on and the second and third digits tell you which room it is. (ie. B228, is in the B block, on the second floor, in room 28). Above the main doors you can tell which rooms are in that hallway, so look up to find your way.
