Sparq at CIT stands for Students as Partners in Quality. CIT’s Student Engagement Office works closely with CIT Students’ Union (CITSU)  to develop a culture of partnership; joint working between staff and students based on values of openness, trust & honesty, agreed shared goals and regular communication.

We coordinate events with staff and students where they can have purposeful conversations about their learning experiences and work together on ideas to improve the quality of their teaching and learning.

Sparq at CIT is being undertaken with the expert input of SPARQS (Student Partnership in Quality, Scotland) Office, Edinburgh, Scotland and the National Student Engagement Programme
