Throughout semester 2 we will be updating this page with details of all of our events and workshops, these are free and open to all MTU students.

Live Drop-in Online Weekly Coaching Series:

Free and open to all MTU students. 15 minute group coaching workshop.

No expectation to use camera or mic, but participation welcome.

Coaches will lead students through coaching exercises and tools covering such areas such as goal setting, habits, motivation and balance.

These sessions are standalone, they do not require any prior work and no registration required.

All you need is a pen and a notebook/paper!
