Once you have applied to study at CIT there are a few things you can do to prepare for college life and get off to the best possible start. Being a third level student is a big deal, this list has a few things to familiarise yourself with before you arrive in CIT:
- Getting to CIT
Click here to find directions to CIT from your location.
- Good Start & The Good Start Ambassadors
The Good Start campaign, which will run over the first four weeks of Semester 1, will help you become familiar with your campus, settle in, meet new people, get prepared for learning at third level and find out who’s here to help you in CIT. Good Start is co-created with a team of current CIT students known as the Good Start Ambassadors, they were first years once too so they know exactly what it’s like to be in your shoes and are here to help you get settled into the CIT community.
- Student Leaders
Student Leaders will help you settle into CIT on your first day, they will be the first students you meet on your Registration Day. They also help CIT run other events throughout the year.
